Five best things to in the springtime in Woodstock

Located at the top of Meads Mountain Road, you know you’ve arrived when you find the hundreds of prayer flags dotting the landscape. This welcoming setting has an impressive Main Shrine that is open from 6 am – 9 pm daily and the on-site book store is open from 9 am – 5 pm daily.
• The Woodstock Playhouse is known for its amazing Summer stock productions. But this year there are so many special springtime events, ranging from a celebration of International Women’s Day, hosted by WMN Unite to a live performance with comedian Colin Quinn as a fundraiser for the Woodstock Land Conservancy. These one-time shows are truly special and memorable. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy these theatrical opportunities.
• Live music is always a Woodstock attraction. Hear established performers and musicians new to the industry almost any night of the week at the Colony Café.This friendly, fun venue also features delicious dining options if you want to really make a night of it.
